Overview:
We are hiring a senior-level Customer Success Specialist to join our team! This role is essential to support our user /community, manage operational workflows, and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct customer support and help to manage community engagement (with emphasis on Web3 users)
  • Handle tickets and feedback using internal tools and CRM platforms
  • Coordinate and document cross-functional workflows
  • Act as a project manager to ensure the implementation and follow-up of interdepartmental processes

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Customer Success or related fields
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and operational skills 
  • Solid knowledge of CRM systems and Zendesk 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Jira and Discord 
  • Basic understanding of Figma
  • Experience with Web3 products is a plus
